To fully implement the company's second three-year development strategy—"3E Strategy" and to deeply advance the 2024 annual development theme of "Scenario Expansion," Kunlun Internet hosted a four-day summer training session at its Yancheng headquarters from July 8th to 11th. The training focused on "scenario expansion, intelligent digital marketing, algorithm development, ecological integration, and remote operation and maintenance," covering system training, solution training, special meetings, and team-building activities. The session aimed to help participants comprehensively understand company policies and solutions, stimulate innovative thinking, enhance the ability to solve practical problems, and lay a solid foundation for the company's continuous focus on "new energy storage and enterprise digital energy, using digital energy technology to empower industrial and commercial sectors to achieve energy saving, emission reduction, and cost-effectiveness." During the training session, responsible managers provided detailed interpretations of company policies, further strengthening participants' understanding and implementation of these policies. Key members from the research institute and business front line conducted in-depth analysis and explanations of company-level solutions, aiming to ensure that every participant could profoundly understand and grasp the core elements and application scenarios of these solutions. The front line and middle office should focus on collaboration, supplemented by differentiation, using solutions to lead product development and empower market expansion.  In the special meetings, the business fronts of steel and energy storage focused on achieving KPIs and OKRs, conducting in-depth discussions around key business matters to establish the foundation for the front-line's "project acquisition and order grabbing" action details. Each independently assessed unit carefully analyzed the current market situation and industry trends, proposing specific improvement measures and innovative solutions. The meetings also emphasized the importance of cross-departmental collaboration to ensure efficient resource allocation and rapid information flow. On the afternoon of July 11th, the company's labor union, in conjunction with the Tinghu District Red Cross, organized a public welfare activity themed "Caring for Life, 'First Aid' is Around Us" to further enhance the emergency response and self-rescue abilities of Kunlun Internet's partners in the face of accidents. During the event, the company's labor union also carefully arranged the "True Feelings Connect Partners, Home Visits Warm Hearts" activity, strengthening communication and interaction between the company and its partners and their families, as well as increasing family understanding and support for their partners' work. After four days of intensive learning and enriching activities, Kunlun Internet's "2024 Summer Training Session" came to a successful close. The training not only provided participants with a wealth of knowledge and skills but also reinforced their determination to contribute to the company's development.
